Swetrade Pharmaceuticals AB holds a strong position within the niche of international ‘mixed pallet’ shipments of pharmaceuticals and vaccines which are below the threshold of interest to the manufacturers and beyond the reach of the national distributors.

Swetrade Pharmaceuticals is a young and rapidly expanding pharmaceutical wholesaler working in close collaboration with the pharmaceutical manufacturers. Swetrade Pharmaceuticals holds all necessary wholesaling licenses and complies with the regulations regarding distribution of pharmaceuticals set by the Swedish Medical Products Agency and the Directives of the European Commission. Our business idea is based on the identification of a need in the market place of an additional logistical link between the pharmaceutical purchasing organizations and the traditional export departments of the pharmaceutical producers. Swetrade Pharmaceuticals complements the normal sales activities performed by the export department of the originator himself. We facilitate the logistical and administrative burden for the clients who wish to buy mixed pallets with pharmaceutical products from various producers.

Swetrade Pharmaceuticals can reach markets and clients not always open to or being below the threshold of interest for the producer themselves because of the logistical complications and the administrative burden involved when a client wants to receive mixed pallets from various producers.

• Swetrade activities in Iraq

Swetrade Pharmaceuticals AB has, thanks to the support of Swecare Foundation, entered into a direct relationship with the Iraqi Health Ministry regarding supply of a big amounts of pharmaceuticals and vaccines. Swetrade is currently contacting many new suppliers in order to fulfill the demand.

Swetrade Pharmaceuticals AB is currently constructing a warehouse for distribution of pharmaceuticals and vaccines in the Balkan area. Swetrade Pharma Balkan SH.P.K. is a newly formed company.

• Agrinnovations BV

Agrinnovations BV, a Swetrade Pharmaceuticals subsidiary in Holland, has in 2011 started a collaboration with de-Heus Group of companies. The two companies will collaborate in order to improve the claw health of dairy cows in the Benelux countries. As a result of this collaboration Digiderm™ will be co-promoted by both companies in the Benelux countries. Digiderm™ is based on a patented technology that limits and reduces Digital Dermatitis infections that affect dairy cows.
